General

Parking is first come, first served. We also have reservable covered parking spaces as well as garages for an additional monthly fee. Contact the Leasing Office to secure your reserved parking space!

We are pet friendly with no breed or weight restrictions. We have a $300 one-time, non-refundable pet fee and $25 pet rent per pet with a two-pet limit. 

We offer 3-month to 15-month lease terms for your initial lease with the option to renew or go month to month upon lease expiration.

We offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

The complex was built in 2007. 

Yes, all apartments have been renovated to include quartz countertops, black kitchen appliances, and upgraded lighting fixtures.

Packages are delivered to your doorstep, or residents may choose to set up a Parcel Pending account to have packages securely delivered to a Parcel Pending locker and an access code texted upon delivery.

Our standard security deposit is $300. If approved, with conditions, your security deposit will be equivalent to one month's rent. 

No, there is no limit on how many rentable items a resident can have. 

No, utilities are not included. 

Amenities

Full size washer and dryers are included in every apartment. Residents may not swap them out for their own washer and dryer.

We have a sparkling swimming pool with brand new fire pits, 24-hour access gym, state-of-the-art tanning salon, gas and coal grills, Parcel Pending lockers, pet-wash station, two dog parks, and a newly renovated cornhole court.
